Rudy Benavides, SLP
Rodolfo Benavides (Rudy) is a clinical speech language pathologist completing his Clinical Fellowship under the mentorship of Diana Garcia Hunter, CCC-SLP. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University – Kingsville where he received his Master’s of Science in Communication Science and Disorders in 2018. Rudy has worked and obtained experience in ABA clinics, schools, acute hospital settings, and outpatient clinics. His research and field specialties are Autism Spectrum Disorders, traumatic brain injuries, dysphagia, fluency disorders, and phonological disorders. He loves working with adults/geriatrics but pediatrics will always hold a special place in his heart. Outside of speech pathology, Rudy enjoys hitting the golf course, traveling, spending time with friends, and taking care of his two cats Jin and Loki.
