Diana Garcia Hunter, CCC-SLP
Diana Garcia Hunter is a clinical speech language pathologist. She is a graduate of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center where she received a master’s degree of Communication Disorders in 2002. Diana has worked in hospital inpatient setting and outpatient clinical settings. She has knowledgeable experience evaluating and treating pediatric dysphagia, cleft palate voice dysfunction, oral motor function disorders, autism spectrum disorder, fluency disorders, articulation/phonological disorders, bilingual language acquisition and disorders, language disorders. Diana has extensive experience conducting modified barium swallow studies and is well versed in assessment and treatment of pharyngeal based feeding disorders and oral motor feeding disorders, NMES and is VitalStim certified. She enjoys working with patients and families. Diana is fluent in Spanish. Outside of work Diana enjoys art, cooking, travel and spending time with her husband and dog.
